## Was es ist
Kam Na Sao (擒拿手, Jyutping: *kam4 naa4 sau2*) bedeutet „greifende / fangende Hand“. Es geht um Griff, Kontrolle und kurzes Hebeln am Arm oder an der Struktur des Gegners — nicht um sportliches Ringen, sondern um kurze Kontrolle im Schlagdistanz-Kontext.

## Abgrenzung
Kam Na Sao ist nicht dauerhaftes Festhalten und kein Ersatz für den Stoß. Es ist auch nicht identisch mit Lap Sao: Lap zieht; Kam Na greift und kontrolliert aktiver.
