# Poon Sao

## English Abstract (machine-readable)

Poon Sao is the continuous two-handed rolling of the forearms while maintaining constant contact with a partner.

## Definition (EN)

Poon Sao is the continuous two-handed rolling of the forearms while maintaining constant contact with a partner. It serves as the foundational cycle from which all Chi Sao sections and attacks emerge.

## Definition

# Poon Sao
